Re-Rice Polish is a concentrate feed and an energy source in the Pakistan Feed Library. On average re-rice polish contains crude protein 16.2% of dry matter, metabolisable energy 3.2 Mcal/kg, TDN 89.5% of dry matter, NDF 5.6% of dry matter.
Energy concentrates such as cereal grains and by-products raise the energy density of a ration. They are fed together with forage for fibre and with protein sources and minerals to keep the ration balanced.
